Director's Shareholding
The Company has been notified that on 16 April 2015 Simon Kings, Executive Director, acquired 61,205 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 4.19 pence per share, and on 17 April 2015 Mr Kings acquired 39,113 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 4.225 pence per share. Following these transactions, Mr Kings holds 100,318 ordinary shares in Corac, representing approximately 0.02% of the Company's issued share capital.
