Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Board of Quindell Plc (AIM: QPP.L) has been informed that Robert Fielding, a director of the Company, purchased 16,889 Ordinary Shares of 15 pence each on 23 June 2014 at a price of £2.3675 per share.
Following this transaction, Mr Fielding is interested in a total of 1,118,390 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.27% of the total issued share capital.
