Red24 plc ('Red24'), the AIM-quoted security and risk management consultancy, today announces that it was informed on 20 February 2009 that John Mocatta, non-executive director, had purchased 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 2.44p per share. 

Following this purchase, John Mocatta remains interested in 600,000 ordinary shares, representing 1.35% of the Company's total issued share capital and the John Mocatta Grandchildren's Trust is interested in 20,000 ordinary shares representing 0.05% of the total issued share capital.
