Director Shareholding

The Company was notified today that on 6 January 2009 Simon Redgrove transferred 8,177 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 55 pence per share to a SIPP belonging to Simon Redgrove. As a result of this transaction, Simon's disclosable interest in the Company remains unchanged at 2,170,754 Ordinary Shares representing 18.7% of the issued share capital of the Company.
