Director Shareholding

The Company was informed on 24 June 2015 that, on 18 June 2015, Mr Anthony Nelson, Non-Executive Director, transferred 61,117 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") that he held directly, into an ISA account in his name. The 61,117 Ordinary Shares were sold at a price of 18 pence per Ordinary Share and then bought for the trading account at 18.049 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transfer, Mr Anthony Nelson retains a notifiable interest in 1,656,543 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing approximately 3.12 per cent. of PCFG's Ordinary Share capital.
