WYG announces that Yorkshire Building Society Trustee acquired on 19 January 2009, 52,856 ordinary shares in the company for the purpose of the WYG Share Incentive Plan at a price of £0.60 per share. These shares will be used to satisfy employees' contributions to the Plan deducted from their December pay.
