Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Board of Tristel plc, the AIM listed provider of infection and contamination control products, has been informed that on 7 January 2009 Mr Paul Swinney, Chief Executive Officer, sold 80,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 38 pence per share.

Following this transaction, Mr Swinney is beneficially interested in a total of 1,485,742 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 5.53 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
