NOTIFICATION OF INTERESTS OF PDMRs
The Company announces that on 30 May 2017, 1,947,976 Savills plc ordinary shares of 2.5p each were issued to satisfy the third and final instalment of the share consideration due to former Studley, Inc. stockholders in relation to the acquisition of Studley, Inc., by Savills America Limited, which completed on 30 May 2014.
Shares were issued to persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs") as follows:-
