UK Mail Group plc announces that on 11 June 2013, Steve Patrick, a person discharging managerial responsibility, ("PDMR"), purchased 1,181 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 508p per Share.

Following today's purchase Steve Patrick now holds voting rights attached to 13,740 ordinary Shares representing 0.03% of the issued share capital of the Company.
