Northern 2 VCT PLC07 December 2007 NORTHERN 2 VCT PLC (the "Company") Directors' Shareholdings 7 DECEMBER 2007 Further to the Issue of Shares announcement released earlier today, of the98,742 ordinary shares allotted today under the terms of the Company's DividendInvestment Scheme, 3,470 ordinary shares were allotted to Mr A M Conn, adirector of the Company at a price of 89.1p per share. As a result of thisallotment, Mr Conn currently has a beneficial interest in 158,069 ordinaryshares of 5p each in the Company representing 0.33% per cent of the enlargedissued share capital. In addition, 1,396 ordinary shares were allotted to Mr F L G Neale, a directorof the Company at a price of 89.1p per share. As a result of this allotment, MrNeale currently has a beneficial interest in 63,614 ordinary shares of 5p eachin the Company representing 0.13% per cent of the enlarged issued share capital. In addition, 2,244 ordinary shares were allotted to Dr M W Ridley, a director ofthe Company at a price of 89.1p per share. As a result of this allotment, DrRidley currently has a beneficial interest in 224,696 ordinary shares of 5p eachin the Company representing 0.47% per cent of the enlarged issued share capital.
