Director/PDMR Shareholding
Staffline were today notified that Marshall Evans, Operations Director, has transferred his entire shareholding, comprising of 1,450,080 ordinary shares, for nil consideration to his spouse Wendy Evans.
Following this Marshall Evans (and his connected persons) remain beneficially interested in 1,450,080 ordinary shares representing 6.85 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company.
