Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company announces that Ralph Elman, a director of the Company, has today transferred in specie 108,108 Convertible Redeemable Shares in the Company to Sippchoice Trustees Limited - R.J. Elman - 0566.

His interests in the Company remain 260,416 Convertible Redeemable shares representing 5.21% of the issued share capital of that class and 75,791 Ordinary shares representing 1.8% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
