Hardide plc (AIM: HDD), the provider of advanced surface coating technology, announces that it was informed on 09 July 2013 that Philip David Kirkham, Chief Executive Officer of Hardide plc, and Robert John Goddard, Non-Executive Chairman of Hardide plc each acquired on 09 July 2013 754,717 ordinary shares in the Group of 0.1p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 1.325p.

Following the transaction, Philip David Kirkham holds 754,717 Ordinary Shares in the Group representing 0.1% of the issued share capital of the Group, and Robert John Goddard holds 4,223,050 Ordinary Shares in the Group representing 0.4% of the issued share capital of the Group.
