Directors' Shareholding

The Company was informed today that Tim Hair, Chief Executive, acquired 30,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 15 March 2010 at a price of 51 pence per share.

Accordingly, Mr Hair has a beneficial interest in 33,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.44 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
