Notification of Transactions by Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and their Connected Persons

The Company announces that on 1st September 2010 it received notification from Filippo Sarti, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility in the Company, that on 1st September 2010 he exercised his right to acquire 64,152 shares awarded to him as options under the Regus plc Co-Investment Plan at nil cost.

As at 1st September 2010 Mr Sarti holds an interest in an aggregate amount of 593,331 Ordinary shares in the capital of the Company, representing 0.06% of the total voting rights in the Company.
