Director's Dealings
The Board of Elektron announces that on Friday 3 October Keith Daley, Chairman, purchased 150,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 9.5 pence per share.
Following this transaction, Mr Daley is now interested in 3,050,000 ordinary shares, representing approximately 3.6 per cent of the Company's total issued share capital.
