Carclo plc announces that Mr. Eric Cook, Company Secretary has exercised options over 134,000 ordinary shares.

He has sold 67,000 shares at 100p per share and transferred the balance of 67,000 shares to his wife who has also thereafter sold those shares at the same price.

The sale proceeds will be used to meet the exercise price and attendant tax liability, and to fund the purchase of 37,000 ordinary shares at a price of 100p per share for Mr Cook's SIPP, increasing the holding of his SIPP to 84,865 ordinary shares."
