Pochin's PLC24 October 2006 24 October 2006 Pochin's plc ("the Company") Director/PDMR Shareholding The Company was notified today that Mr D R R Pochin, an executive director ofthe Company, acquired 500 shares in the Company on 23 October 2006 by gift fromMrs M L Pochin. Following this, Mr D R R Pochin has a beneficial interest in13,000 ordinary shares in the Company which represents 0.06 per cent. of theissued share capital of the Company. Furthermore, the Company was today also notified that Mr A M J Pochin, adirector of a subsidiary company, acquired 500 shares in the Company on 23October 2006 by gift from Mrs M L Pochin. Following this, Mr A M J Pochin has abeneficial interest in 20,003 ordinary shares in the Company which represents0.09 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
