Notification of transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities

This notification is made in accordance with the requirements of Rule 3.1.4R of the FCA's Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules.

The Company announces that on 19 May 2016, Cornelius Everke, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility, sold 120,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 310.1312p per share. Following the transfer, the total beneficial interest of Cornelius Everke and his connected persons in the Company's issued Ordinary Shares was 337,857.
