PURE GOLD ANNOUNCES DIRECTOR / PDMR SHARE DEALING

Vancouver, July 30, 2019: Pure Gold Mining Inc. (TSX-V:PGM, LSE:PUR) ("Pure Gold" or the "Company"), a Canadian focused gold developer and 100% owner of its flagship project the Madsen Red Lake Mine, announces that two of its Directors, Mark O'Dea, through his directly controlled company Big Fish Enterprises Ltd. and Graeme Currie, have purchased a total of 455,000 and 100,000 common shares of no par value ("Common Shares"), respectively, in the capital of the Company at a price of C$0.55 per share (approximately £0.34/share) from the Company by way of the recent private placement.
