The Board of Feedback has been notified that Mr. Michael Burt, Chairman, purchased 450,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 2.0 pence per share on 25 November 2010.
Following the transaction, Mr. Burt's total 15.23 per cent. of the Company's ordinary issued share capital.
