Notification of Transaction of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities or Connected Person

The Company announces that it was notified on 13 March 2015 that:

1. Fredrik Widlund, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased 1,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 1,708 pence per Ordinary Share on 13 March 2015.

Following this transaction, Mr Widlund's interest in the number of Ordinary Shares is 16,000 Ordinary Shares (0.03%); and

2. Simon Wigzell, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities, purchased 1,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at 1,702.5 pence per Ordinary Share on 13 March 2015;

Following this transaction, Mr Wigzell's interest in the number of Ordinary Shares is 13,394 Ordinary Shares (0.03%).
