NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS
The Company was notified on 5 May 2017 that 120 ordinary shares of 5p each were purchased on 3 May 2017 for Nick Jopling, who is a director and person discharging managerial responsibilities, in relation to the Grainger Employee Share Incentive Plan ("SIP"). The shares were purchased under SIP and relate to the regular monthly purchases made under the plan and registered in the name of Capita IRG.
