Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company was today notified that on 18 November 2010, Phil Eaves a Director of the Company, sold 150,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 210p per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Mr Eaves's total beneficial interest in the Company is 22,249 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.03 per cent. of the current issued share capital of the Company.
