Notification of Transaction of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") or Connected Person

The Company announces that it was notified on 29 December 2010 that Richard Tice, Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Director of the Company, purchased:

a) 4,500 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 530 pence per Ordinary Share on 23 December 2010; and

b) 4,500 Ordinary Shares at 530 pence per Ordinary Share on 24 December 2010.

Following these transactions, Mr Tice's interest in the number of Ordinary Shares is 224,165 Ordinary Shares (0.48%).
