Director/PDMR Shareholding

Produce Investments Plc has today been notified that on 17 June 2011 Angus Armstrong, Chief Executive, transferred 230,250 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to his wife Bronwyn Armstrong, for nil consideration. Following this transfer, Mr. Armstrong remains interested in a total of 230,250 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.17% of the Company's issued share capital.
