In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4, Devro announces that Gordon Frame, a PDMR of the Company, has today advised the Company that on 14 May 2014, he sold 40,000 10p Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of £2.3433 per share.
