French Connection Group PLC ("the Company") today confirms that it was notified on July 25th 2016 that Christos Angelides, Independent Non-Executive Director, had on July 22nd 2016, in London, purchased 50,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 35.5p per ordinary share. Following this purchase, Christos Angelides now holds 50,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.05% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
