Director/PDMR shareholding

On 1 July 2013 Somero Enterprises, Inc was notified that Lawrence Horsch, Non-Executive Chairman of Somero, purchased 9,100 ordinary shares in the Company on 26 June 2013 at a price of $1.005 per share (equivalent to 65.3p assuming a US$1.5385 to £1 exchange rate).

As a result of these purchases, Lawrence Horsch's beneficial interest in Somero has risen to 152,000 ordinary shares, or 0.27% of Somero's total issued share capital.
