PDMR Shareholding

 

Xchanging plc ('Xchanging'), the business process, procurement and technology services provider, announces that Andrew Binns, a person discharging managerial responsibility ('PDMR'), sold 85,000 ordinary shares of 5p each (representing 0.034% of the issued share capital of Xchanging plc) at a price of 126p per share.

Following this transaction, the total number of ordinary shares held by Mr Binns (including those held by connected persons) now amounts to 76,389 (approximately 0.031% of Xchanging's issued share capital).

The above transaction took place on the London Stock Exchange on 16 March 2015 and Xchanging was informed on 18 March 2015. This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4R(1)(a).
