SURGICAL INNOVATIONS GROUP PLC DIRECTOR / PDMR SHAREHOLDING

Surgical Innovations Group plc (the "Company") announces that it received notification today that on 8 April 2010 Graham Bowland, a Director of the Company, transferred 300,000 ordinary shares of 1p each into his self-invested personal pension at a price of 2.875p per share. Following this transaction Mr. Bowland's interest in the Company remains unchanged at 1,617,498 ordinary shares representing 0.43 per cent. of the issued share capital.
