SOFTWARE RADIO TECHNOLOGY PLC DIRECTOR SHAREHOLDING
Software Radio Technology plc ("SRT" or "the Company") was notified on 23 July 2007 that Andrew Lapping, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, had purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in SRT at a price of 52p per share. Following this purchase, Mr. Lapping is interested in 1,091,080 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 1.23 per cent. of the issued share capital.
