CORSIE GROUP PLC DIRECTOR DEALINGS
The board of Corsie Group plc (the "Company") was informed that Richard Corsie, a director of the Company, today bought 100,000 ordinary shares, all at a price of 3.125p. As a result, Mr Corsie is interested in 102,199,313 ordinary shares representing 61.05 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
