Directors' shareholdings

Capcon announces that, on 24 April 2008, Paul Jackson, Director, transferred 1,235,350 ordinary shares in the Company to Ken Dulieu, Chairman, at a price equivalent to 6.75p per share.

Ken Dulieu is now interested in 2,658,200 ordinary shares representing 22.76% of the issued share capital of 11,680,292 ordinary shares. He was also granted an option on 31 March 2003 to acquire 100,000 ordinary shares at a price of 6p per share which may be exercised between three and ten years from the date of grant. 

Paul Jackson is now interested in 175,000 ordinary shares representing 1.50% of the issued share capital.
