Shoe Zone PLC, the UK's largest value footwear retailer, announces that it was informed on 31 August 2019 that on 30 August, Jeremy Sharman, Non-Executive Deputy Chairman of the Company, sold 32,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 1.285 pence per Ordinary Share and bought 32,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 1.285 pence per Ordinary Share in order to transfer 16,000 shares from Mr Sharman's general investment into his ISA and to transfer 16,000 shares from Mr Sharman's general investment account to the ISA of his wife, Mrs Sharman. Following this transaction, Mr Sharman's beneficial holding in the Company is unchanged at 234,375 Shares, which represent approximately 0.47 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
