Dart Group PLC06 December 2006 Dart Group PLC ("the Company") Exercise of unapproved share options The Company has been notified today that on 6 December 2006, Mike Forder,Group Finance Director, exercised unapproved share options for 100,000 sharesat a price of 31.25p per share. All of the shares were retained by Mr Forder.After this transaction, Mike Forder's disclosable interest in the Company is307,120 shares, representing 0.22% of the Company's issued share capital.
