Directors' Shareholding

The Board of All Leisure Group plc has been informed that Mr Philip Ovenden, a

non-executive director, sold on the 1 March 2010, on market 28,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each at 78p each. At the same time his Self Invested Pension Plan purchased 28,000 at ordinary shares of 1 penny each at the same price. Therefore, there is no change to his total overall holding which remains at 3,144,416 Ordinary Shares representing 5.09 per cent.
