The Company announces that it was notified on 6 April 2016 that a company directly held and beneficially owned by Sten Mortstedt, Executive Director of the Company purchased 7,004 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 1,455.06 pence per Ordinary Share, with the lowest price being 1,455 pence per Ordinary Share, and the highest price paid being 1,495 pence per Ordinary Share between 4 and 6 April 2016.

Following this transaction, Mr Mortstedt's interest in the number of Ordinary Shares is 21,369,429 Ordinary Shares (50.70%).
