Director Shareholding
Gable Holdings Inc. (GAH.L), the European non-life insurance company, announces that on 17 December 2014 William Dewsall, Chief Executive Officer of Gable, bought 19,500 ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 51 pence per Ordinary Share.
Michael Hirschfield, Group Finance Director of Gable, bought 20,000 Ordinary Shares on 17 September 2014 at a price of 52.2 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the transaction, the beneficial and other interests of William Dewsall and Michael Hirschfield in the Ordinary Shares are as follows:
