Gable Holdings Inc. (GAH.L), the European non-life insurance company, announces that Jost Pilgrim, Non-Executive Director of Gable, has bought 30,000 ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 74.0 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction Jost Pilgrim holds 30,000 Ordinary Shares, which represents 0.0002 per cent. of the Ordinary Shares in issue.
