CLS Holdings plc (the "Company") Notification of Transaction of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") or Connected Person

The Company was notified on 30 April 2010 that the Sten Mortstedt family and charity trust (the "Trust") established by Sten Mortstedt, Executive Chairman and Director of the Company, purchased 4,335 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 490 pence Ordinary Share on 30 April 2010. Following this transaction, Mr Mortstedt's interest in the number of Ordinary Shares, including those of which Mr Mortstedt is a beneficiary under the Trust, is 24,954,310 Ordinary Shares (52.84%).
