Directors Dealings/Issue of equity 

On 7 January 2010 Digital Marketing Group allotted 70,175 shares to Ian Robinson and 70,175 shares to Barry Jenner relating to the exercise of performance linked options. 

Application has been made for the issue of these 140,350 Ordinary Shares in 

the Company. It is anticipated that the shares will be admitted to trading on AIM on 15 January 2010. 

The total number of voting Ordinary Shares in issue following this issue of 

shares of will be 72,328,930.
