Director/PDMR Shareholding

Rensburg Sheppards plc has today, 30 March 2009, received notification of the following transactions carried out as of today: 

Michael Haan, a director of the Company, purchased 5,000 Ordinary shares of 10 90/91 pence each in the share capital of the Company at a price of 394 pence per share.

Following this transaction, Mr. Haan now has a beneficial interest in 5,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.011 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
