Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company announces that David Cicurel, a director and the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, has today transferred in specie 618,918 Convertible Redeemable Shares in the Company to Flexible Pension - D E Cicurel.

His interests in the Company remain 4,166,667 Convertible Redeemable shares representing 83.3% of the issued shares of that class and 455,956 Ordinary Shares representing 10.91% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
