Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Board of Daniel Stewart Securities plc (AIM: DAN), stockbroker and corporate finance adviser to smaller and medium-sized companies, has today been informed that Mr Peter Shea, Chief Executive Officer, has purchased 350,000 ordinary shares of 0.25p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 2.875p per share. As a result of this transaction his beneficial holding is 45,611,981, which represents approximately 14.58 per cent. of the current issued share capital.
