Director's Shareholding

The Company has today been notified that Mike Buzzacott, Non-Executive Director, today purchased 1,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ('Shares') at a price of 980 pence per Share.

Following this transaction, Mike Buzzacott's direct shareholding in the Company now stands at 4,000 Shares which represents 0.007% of the issued share capital of the Company that is currently 60,910,185 Shares.
