Asian Citrus was notified on 26 October 2010 that Mr. Pang Yi, an executive director of the Company, bought 317,000 ordinary shares of HK$0.01 each in the Company on 26 October 2010 at an average price of HK$9.12 (74.91 pence*) per share. Following this transaction, Mr. Pang now holds 317,000 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.04% of the Company's issued capital and 5,740,000 employee share options.
