The Remuneration Committee has approved the granting by the Company of awards under the terms of the Vp - Long Term Incentive Plan to each of the following directors: JFG Pilkington - 54,100 notional shares, NA Stothard - 40,400 shares and AM Bainbridge - 30,000 shares.
The awards will vest only if performance targets are achieved or exceeded during the period from 1 April 2017 to 31 March 2020.
