Immunodiagnostic Systems Holdings plc ("the Company"), a leading producer of diagnostic testing kits for the clinical and research markets, announces that yesterday Alain Rousseau, Engineering Director, sold 25,000 ordinary shares of 2p in the Company at a price of 820 pence.
Following this disposal Alain Rousseau has a beneficial interest in 25,584 shares.
