NOTIFICATION OF INTEREST PURSUANT TO DTR 3.1.2 OF THE DISCLOSURE AND TRANSPARENCY RULES

On 30 September 2015, and further to the RNS issued on 30 September 2015, Capital & Regional plc (the Company) received notification that Rose Trust had acquired a further 21,352 shares on 30 September 2015 at an average price of 66.99p per share.

Robyn Merrington, the daughter of Louis Norval, is a beneficiary of Rose Trust. Following this the revised beneficial interest of Louis Norval in ordinary shares of the Company is 172,856,366 shares representing 24.67% of the issued share capital of the Company.
